We aim to make these updates within a working day during European and US working hours. Requests that require PowerPoint template customisation will need discussion and agreement before updating. Refer to these [**paid customisation options for more details**](https://empower.express/knowledge/how-to-i-integrate-my-template-and-brand-design?hsLang=en). #### What our team manages Currently the items below must be managed by our admin team to maintain platform integrity and confidentiality: - Master template uploads and updates - Colour and font theme settings - Agenda templates - User permissions and folder access #### What you can manage yourself You can upload, organise and manage all content in your empower® Library yourself — including presentations, slides, images, charts and text elements.
