Hosted on Microsoft Azure with data stored in London. Azure holds ISO 27001 and PCI DSS certifications among others.

Certification

empower® GmbH holds ISO 27001 Information Security Management certification and is a certified Microsoft Partner.

Authentication

All users authenticate via Microsoft Entra ID. Multi-factor authentication is supported.

GDPR

empower® is fully GDPR compliant. Data is stored within the EU/UK. No data is shared with third parties for advertising or training purposes.

Data access

Your data is only accessible by your authorised users, our admin team (for support purposes) and the empower® GmbH technical team (for maintenance). Your environment is logically isolated from all other organisations.

Network requirements

empower® requires access to express.empowersuite.cloud via Port 443 and the licensing server at activate.empowersuite.com. See the Proxy/Firewall article for full configuration details.
