What support do you provide?

We provide comprehensive support services, including training, consultation, advice, implementation, installation and technical support services.

All empower® Express subscriptions include the following support services at no extra cost:

  • Installation support – we guide you through the installation process and help resolve any issues
  • Bronze template customisation – for our Full and Mac subscriptions we upload and provide basic configuration for your PowerPoint template to work with empower as part of your trial or subscription onboarding
  • Live onboarding training session – a personalised walkthrough of all tools relevant to your team
  • Ongoing email and Teams chat support during support hours (8am–2am London time, Monday to Friday)
  • Technical troubleshooting via email, support calls and screen shares
  • Software updates – automatic updates are pushed to your machine for PC users. Mac machines need to be updated manually
