[Set up options](https://empower.express/knowledge/before-you-get-started?hsLang=en#set-up-options) # How do I manage and customise the library? ## You have direct control over most of the content in your empower® Library. You can upload, organise, update and delete content at any time. #### What you can do yourself - Upload presentations, slides, images, icons, charts and text elements - Create and organise folder structures - Set folder-level access for your users - Delete or replace outdated content #### What our team manages Master templates and agenda templates must be uploaded and updated by our admin team. This protects confidentiality and ensures these items function correctly with empower®. Although the initial set-up may take up to 3 days, changes to existing PowerPoint templates and agendas can be made as quickly as your deadlines require. #### Bulk edits You can make multiple edits and move files more easily via the [**empower® web library which is accessed via this link**](https://login.microsoftonline.com/0d9f8cab-58cd-4627-8511-dcaab995f60a/oauth2/authorize?client_id=b89f58b8-fb10-44b3-bf41-1bb1b6294ba3&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Fexpress.empowersuite.cloud%2Fempower%2Fidentityservice%2Fsignin-oidc&response_type=code&scope=openid%20profile&code_challenge=5NLBaeL0Hff-V9umeFD6akiIU86_FWkNZiz4ZF4E3UM&code_challenge_method=S256&response_mode=form_post&nonce=639118585743917418.ZDM0OGE0YWQtZjY1Yy00M2EyLWFiYjEtZjJmZjgzODZmZjAyNDg4ZmNjZWYtMjBhZS00MzBkLTg2NDItMDQzOGRhZDMzOTNk&state=CfDJ8JbUQyKjMc5MmloMfJWgyaYTbCJL7-b-40v-Za5ZvZHWeVTLj3PVtmMpYAS7x7Abylid2GLqFQeeulYJ3pz510MbA1bVnugqE_sVulXkHAk2P6DUYuwslHkYz8nJfzp1LP-WewCQRCYl2DEJ1dqpBwT1ghfCNNqX0-Z-dhzhg8OdV6viurK5j9FmQOU5kIZfn59Ocna_L_Y6PMhI9bVxY_RJpg7uRVwdPk4zlJhD_q_dnGuqq7w3l_Q0w4feQf029P709XNR1vWBs9ibffk8urrmnzU_gL3K1hogOGffG9-jQDtF5SI1Y8tzKUNdTisyJKYIFaW7U0YWsSRAbAC4EXOF6KQPLr9Rym2ZxoIQhbhD-l4wkSP6Xrhkw9Q23OKhRP4iOXIwA-PB4A1PTOzzBrOb1sAetTIjSlVf2-ET9IdKkyEbyNW0MmYBR4w7IkZ0UGdHC9LrjvSlEUKmCC9Q3-AOz8N9qb388Hg9fKAipVSLO-U63jJD399hgntsoW5RUqaz4EsrQnDcW3AyvuhCaodxTt6_uOWSgz6VoWwDeRD5V6kjR51X9YjwTO_RZHIumJtemMubVHfCQzuSGK_1A2OkDMVVaSidHoA1P8uKHos87m7zLy5lBczIIEu_EN30YRBYSUgH2LfEOQkfdWwFVeylv4Z6GS6bpvgbafRNou-cW6UAmRCr2SF409rrrHzkXo6mnSIyuE5thOY1Ks9nsAW0yecDk2PokUgldJ0Vv4LfnM4PWwFVaWJd6Ay4goBQQJJDVVoBlHRbpxIXb0qJ3yl078kTlWEmA_M78hpGTBGn5Ea1c0rZGDUM02KMcG_jdIjRrypjCR7Zw4bbo1tlmWzqUORRvHORgEvYNzzyaYaqb7uYTcDP4ooURIFmkheKjLNNCEQDyvRhMMwH8CVfjiowMIfJK2qKlRVzanp0mTbF_nKnBTjCOKLH28eY-yEHIioDHPVDJefwgX-Tp4J06vjnAHDiaR4tBnsADsCBuCid5s2ihy1kzkErtyK2oIg4LAnXenaQAMHa7YbqURfQ5oq0dUJcZJB2Qw-UHz4DmEQP&x-client-SKU=ID_NET6_0&x-client-ver=6.35.0.0).  We also have tools and workflows available to make bulk uploading easy and quick.
