How do I upgrade from the trial to a live subscription?

Converting your 30-day free trial to a live subscription is straightforward. No new installation is required — your existing setup continues without interruption.

How to upgrade

Your trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the 30-day trial period if you do not cancel. The payment method you provided when signing up will be charged.

If you would like to upgrade before the trial ends, or if you would like to discuss your subscription options (users, packages, billing period), contact us via one of the methods below.

Adding more users

To add users to your subscription, email support@empower.express with the first name, last name and email address of each new user. We will set up their access and send them a welcome email with installation instructions.
