How does the setup process work and how long does it take?

For our Lite plan, you are ready to go immediately. For our Full and Mac plans you will need to choose a customisation plan. If you don't you will trial empower using generic template and content

Once you sign up for your 30-day free trial, the setup process is quick and straightforward. We aim to have new users up and running as soon as possible.

Setup steps

  1. Sign up via the empower® Express page 
  2. Send us your PowerPoint template(s) and decide which or our Customisation packages you need for your trial or active subscriptions
  3. Depending on your chose Customisation package (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Project Based) we review your template, upload it to the system and configure your colour and font settings. Depending on customisation package this can be between 1–5 business days.
  4. You receive a welcome email with installation instructions and your login details and install empower® — no IT admin rights required (unless you operate in a network restricted environment).
  5. Book your free introductory training session.

For the Full and Mac versions, the Bronze Customisation package, which is free, uploads your PowerPoint template along with the basic colour and font settings into empower enabling you to test basic empower' functions such as the design check and layout tools within your corporate identity.
