How to reset the empower Sync (Mac)
Sometimes, your empower Mac sync might need to be reset.
If you get a sync error in empower for Mac it can often be resolved by rebuilding your offline database cache.
To do this:

Go to the empower® sync icon (found in the top right hand side of your screen) and selecting “Logout” – see below:
- This will prompt the Login in screen to appear
- Complete the login in details to activate a new sync and rebuild your offline cache
