How to run a "Sync from Scratch" (PC)

Sometimes the best thing to do is to start again. It can be the same with the empower sync. When this happens we will ask you to run a "sync from scratch".

To run a "Sync from Scratch", click on the empower icon in your system tray and then on the cog icon and click “Sync from Scratch”.

Wait for the sync to complete (Which can take some time, depending on how large your library is).

Once finished, click ok and restart Powerpoint.
