Incorporating it into empower® Express is key to efficient working in PowerPoint. A good template + empower® simplifies brand management, ensuring it is consistently implemented and easy to maintain and distribute.  As the empower® Express platform is a shared space, in order to protect client confidentiality and data integrity, saving your template to the library is handled directly by our admin team.  This process is completed at no extra cost and typically takes no more than 1-2 business days.  As your template is key to good PowerPoint file creation, we encourage you to send us your template during your free trial so you can fully evaluate the software's functionality.  #### Process **![Template process2](https://empower.express/hs-fs/hubfs/Images/Template%20process2.png?width=670&height=242&name=Template%20process2.png)** 1. Send us your template - [**email us**](mailto:support@empower.express) (support@empower.express) with your template as well as any relevant design and font files 2. We will **review your template** to optimize useability and upload it to your master templates folder. We will contact you with any questions. 3. We will add and **customize your font lists**. Note: these settings feed into your design check tool 4. We will add and **customize your colour picker tools**. These can be set to add headings (instructing your users how to use the colours), additional colours, tints and any other useful colour settings. Note: these settings feed into your design check tool 5. We will **activate the related design element folders**, ready for you (or us) add any design and branding elements 6.
