As the empower® Express platform is a shared space, in order to protect client confidentiality and data integrity, saving your template to the library is handled directly by our admin team.
This process is completed at no extra cost and typically takes no more than 1-2 business days.
As your template is key to good PowerPoint file creation, we encourage you to send us your template during your free trial so you can fully evaluate the software's functionality.
Process
- Send us your template - email us (support@empower.express) to send your templates and any relevant design and font files
- We will review your template to optimize useability and upload it to your master templates folder. We will contact you with any questions.
- We will add and customize your font lists. Note: these settings feed into your design check tool
- We will add and customize your colour picker tools. These can be set to add headings (instructing your users how to use the colours), additional colours, tints and any other useful colour settings. Note: these settings feed into your design check tool
- We will activate the related design element folders, ready for you (or us) add any design and branding elements
- We will feedback and would love a call to discuss how empower can help you and what you want empower to do for you
Future updates to your templates can generally be made within a working day during European & US working hours (at no additional cost).
Additional templates can be added at any time as your brand and design evolve (at no additional cost).
