1. “Logout”, and then “Exit” the empower® sync icon (at the top right of your screen)
2. Exit PowerPoint, Excel completely.
3. Delete the empower® app from the Finder window
4. Delete these folders on your machine
/Users/[name]/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office/empower
(Tip! Option Key and click GoTo in the Finder Window will take you to Library folder)
5. Empty the recycle bin
6. Install the new version of empower® Mac and perform a Sync to build the offline cache
7. Restart your machine
