How to create new content](https://empower.express/knowledge/empower-express-full-pc?hsLang=en#6-how-to-create-new-content) # How to upload and save content to the Corporate Design elements library ## Follow these steps to build your design elements libraries to make slide creation, quick, easy and totally on brand.   | ##### Uploading content is quick and easy 1. **Open** your file or **select** the element or slide 2. Click on **Save** 3. Select what you would like to save: 1. Presentation 2. Slide 3. Single Object 4. Multiple Objects 5. Click on **Save** 4. You will progress in the **empower®** **sync icon** 5. Once the empower® sync icon is complete, your content will be visible and accessible in the library 6. Other users will be able to access the content once they have run a sync | ![How to save 11](https://empower.express/hs-fs/hubfs/Images/How%20to%20save%2011.png?width=670&height=464&name=How%20to%20save%2011.png) ![How to save 111](https://empower.express/hs-fs/hubfs/Images/How%20to%20save%20111.png?width=157&height=115&name=How%20to%20save%20111.png) | | --- | --- | ##### Bulk uploading When bulk uploading objects such as images or icons, you need to name the objects first, then they don't need naming again in the library 1. **Insert** images or objects onto a slide (in the intended output template) 2. **Name** each image in the selection pane (accessible via the layout tools Select tool group) 3. **Size** the images (use the layout tools for speed; stretch sizes the object to the core work area 4. **Position** the images on the slide (go to layout tools and use the position tool to position the  object quickly within the core work area). NOTE: make sure the image is physically on the slide  as any areas of the image NOT on the slide will not show in the image thumbnail 5. **Select** the images **via the selection pane from the bottom up** 6. Click on the Library - **Save** option to start importing the images into the library 7.
