# How to install empower® Full

## Getting started with empower® on your PC

##### How to install

1. First, make sure PowerPoint and Excel are closed
2. Download the install file from the blue link above to your downloads folder and then double click the .EXE file in your downloads folder.
3. Follow the instructions in the setup wizard.
4. When installation is complete, launch PowerPoint.
   
     1. If you signed up with a Microsoft 365 Business account, and are prompted to log in, please use your Microsoft 365 email address and password.
     2. If you don't have a Microsoft 365 Business account or didn't sign up with it, we have created an empower® account for you. Please check your original sign-up email for the login details or [contact us on support@empower.express](mailto:support@empower.express) to reset it.
5. After this, the initial sync will begin. This can take up to 15mins while the library builds it's initial sync load. You can keep using PowerPoint while it syncs.
6. When the sync finishes, you will see a completion message. Close and reopen PowerPoint to activate the empower® ribbon.
