First, make sure PowerPoint and Excel are closed.

Download the install file. Then open the downloaded zip file and double-click the PKG file.

Follow the instructions in the setup wizard.

When prompted, select the ‘Remote Service Config.xml' file in the downloaded zip.

When you are prompted to log in,

If you have a Microsoft 365 Business account, please use your Microsoft 365 email address and password.

If you don't have a Microsoft 365 Business account, we have created an empower® account for you. Please check your original sign-up email for the login details or contact us to reset it.

After this, the initial sync will begin. This can take up to 15mins. You can keep using PowerPoint while it syncs.

When the sync finishes, you will see a completion message (if you have your notifications for empower® switched on in your system settings). Close and reopen PowerPoint to activate the empower® ribbon.
