We aim to make these updates within a working day during European and US working hours. Requests that require PowerPoint template customisation will need discussion and agreement before updating.

You can upload, organise and manage all content in your empower® Library yourself — including presentations, slides, images, charts and text elements.
What our team manages
Currently the items below must be managed by our admin team to maintain platform integrity and confidentiality:
- Master template uploads and updates
- Colour and font theme settings
- Agenda templates
- User permissions and folder access
