Monthly subscriptions
- Payment is taken in advance at the start of each monthly period
- Can be cancelled with one week's notice before the renewal date
Annual subscriptions
- Payment is taken in advance for the full year
- Can be cancelled with one month's notice before the renewal date
- No refunds for unused months within the annual term
- New users added mid-year are charged on a pro-rated basis for the remainder of the current annual term
Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term. A renewal reminder is sent before the renewal date. If you choose not to renew, access to the software is revoked at the end of the term.
