Here is how the reseller process works:
- The reseller places an order on behalf of the end customer
- We invoice the reseller directly — the reseller charges the end customer separately (usually with a margin added)
- We do not offer reseller discounts — all users pay the standard per-user rate for their volume tier
- The end customer must accept empower® Express Terms and Conditions before access is granted
- Direct contact must be established between the end customer and our team for onboarding, training and support
