# How to set up a library to reuse and circulate your content and slides

## How to build and manage your company content library

**One of the key features of empower® Express is the ability to create a content management system for your most frequently used slides, presentations, sales and marketing collateral.**

The advantage of creating this resource is that it enables users to efficiently reuse, recycle, and distribute content, facilitating the swift assembly of new presentations and pitch decks.

#### The features of the Company library folders are:

- All your **content is readily accessible directly in PowerPoint** - it is very immediate and visual
- Content can consist of full presentations or individual slides
- You can create a **folder structure** for easy discovery
- Also it is **fully searchable, including searching the content of each slide** and metadata and tags
- Content can be inserted to adapt to the current master or can keep the original format
- Slides can be **linked to a master copy** and updates can be easily pushed out and updated across the library, so it is easy to keep content up-to-date

| #### How do you create your company library? 1. Set up your **folder structure** 2. **Select** your content - can be objects, slides or presentations 3. **Save** the content to the library, via Library - Save 4. Select 'what' you would like to save 5. Click on 'Save As' 6. Select the destination folder 7. **Name** your file/slide/object 8. Save and your content will be uploaded to the library 9.        the process for creation and maintenance. Different permissions levels are available.

       and access.

       numbers and symbols to achieve the most logical and user-friendly order.

       searching, add additional search terms to names or tags to make the search more effective.
