It can be the same with the empower sync. When this happens we will ask you to run a "sync from scratch". If this happens we will ask you to clear your offline cache On rare occasions, the fix to **empower Library problems** is to rebuild the offline cache of files from the Cloud to your machine. To do this 1. Click on the empower icon in the system to launch the **empower sync** 2. Next click the **cog icon** (to the right of your system initials, for example 'MD' below) 3.
