How to "Sync from Scratch" or "Clear your Offline Cache" (PC)
Sometimes the best thing to do is to start again. It can be the same with the empower sync. When this happens we will ask you to run a "sync from scratch".
To run a Sync from Scratch, click on the empower icon in your system tray and then on the cog icon and click Sync from Scratch.
Wait for the sync to complete, which can take some time, depending on how large your library is.

Once finished, click ok and restart Powerpoint.

How to clear your offline cache (PC)
Sometimes 'Sync from Scratch' is not enough. If this happens we will ask you to clear your offline cache
On rare occasions, the fix to empower Library problems is to rebuild the offline cache of files from the Cloud to your machine. To do this
- Click on the empower icon in the system to launch the empower sync
- Next click the cog icon (to the right of your system initials, for example 'MD' below)
- Select 'Clear local cache'

This will delete your offline cache and the empower sync will then rebuild it.
