Who can see my data or library content?

Your empower® Express environment is logically siloed from all other organisations. Only authorised users can view or edit your company's content.

Who has access

  • Your users — only the users you have authorised can access your company's folders and content
  • Our admin team — a maximum of three members of the Right Aligned team have administrative access, solely for the purposes of setup, customisation and support
  • empower® GmbH technical support team — access strictly limited to technical support and maintenance purposes

Access controls

User access is managed through Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory). Permissions are set at the folder level and can be granted, modified or revoked at any time. By default, all users within your organisation can access all your company folders unless specific restrictions are requested.
