Who is my empower® Express contract with?
You will enter into a contractual agreement with Right Aligned Limited, the authorized reseller and distributor of empower GmbH’s software.
Should you choose to proceed with empower® Express, you will enter into a contractual agreement with Right Aligned Limited, the authorized reseller and distributor of empower GmbH’s software.
About Right Aligned Limited:
- Acts as the official reseller of empower® Express
- Provides customization, user support, and operational management of the cloud environment from a functional perspective
- Offers discounted design and presentation support services, should you require additional assistance
About empower GmbH:
- The German-based developer and owner of the empower® software
- Responsible for the technical management and security of the cloud infrastructure
Subscription Terms:
- The agreement operates on an auto-renewal subscription basis, with options for monthly or annual terms
- You may terminate the subscription by providing one week’s notice prior to the renewal date
Data Access and Security:
Both Right Aligned Limited and empower GmbH have authorized access to your cloud data exclusively for the purposes of customization, technical support, and routine maintenance, ensuring your data’s confidentiality and integrity at all times.
