First, make sure PowerPoint and Excel are closed

Download the install file and unzip it. YOU MUST UNZIP the downloaded file, the .MSI version must be unzipped before installation or else the install will fail.

Next double click the MSI file in your downloads folder and follow the instructions in the setup wizard.

When installation is complete, launch PowerPoint.

If you have a Microsoft 365 Business account, and are prompted to log in, please use your Microsoft 365 email address and password.

If you don't have a Microsoft 365 Business account, we have created an empower® account for you. Please check your original sign-up email for the login details or contact us to reset it.

After this, the initial sync will begin. This can take up to 15mins. You can keep using PowerPoint while it syncs.

When the sync finishes, you will see a completion message. Close and reopen PowerPoint to activate the empower® ribbon.
