- Following your sign up for a trial or a request for a new user account, check your email for a message with the download link. (Don't forget to check your spam folder).
- Click on the link to download the install package.
- Extract (or unzip) the .zip file. NOTE: the tools will not install correctly if you don't extract the file and install from the extracted, unzipped folder.
- Ensure all Microsoft packages are closed; PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook are closed (check background processes too).
- Double click on the .msi install file to start the process and follow the onscreen prompts.
- Once the file installation is complete, you can open the packages and start to use the AI tools.
- In PowerPoint, the AI tool will be on the empower® ribbon; in Word, it can be found on the Home ribbon; and in Outlook, it can be found in the editing message toolbar within an email.
